Work From Anywhere Flexibility

We're fully remote and have been since 2008. We don't care where you are as long as you have fast, reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and the ability to collaborate during set schedule hours (typically based on MST during winter and PST in summer, as we don't follow Daylight Saving Time in Arizona).

Clear Expectations & Accountability

We use project management systems to track every task. You'll always know what's expected, when it's due, and how it fits into the bigger picture. We're not micromanagers, but we do expect you to keep your commitments and communicate proactively if something's going off track.

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is more thorough than many companies. That's because we want to make sure this is a mutually beneficial relationship where you'll thrive personally and professionally, and contribute to our mission.

1. Submit Your Application

We're looking at your experience, but we're also evaluating how well it aligns with our five core values. Show us how you've demonstrated Total Ownership, championed clients, communicated clearly, moved forward continuously, and worked collaboratively in past roles.

2. Initial Screening

We'll have a conversation to understand your background, what you're looking for in your next role, and whether there's a potential fit. This is your chance to ask questions about TCMS, our clients, and the position.

3. Values Alignment Interview

We'll dig into our core values and how they align with yours. We'll discuss real scenarios and how you've handled similar situations in the past. This is where we determine if there's true cultural fit - because skills can be taught, but values are non-negotiable.

4. Skills Assessment

Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a practical assessment that mirrors actual work you'd be doing. This helps us see how you think, problem-solve, and execute. And it helps you understand what the day-to-day work entails.

5. Team Meeting

You'll meet other team members to get a feel for our team dynamic and ask questions about what it's really like to work here. We'll also discuss specifics about the role, expectations, and how success is measured.

6. Hiring Decision

If it's a mutual fit, we'll send an offer letter with all the details. If not, we'll provide honest feedback and part ways respectfully. We're looking for long-term team members, so we're thorough in our process.
