Why We Need Credit Card Authorization

This form authorizes Tree Care Marketing Solutions to bill your card for:

  • Fixed monthly fees that are charged upfront for services like your Growth Program.
  • Usage-based fees (e.g., per SMS sent or Ghost Lead captured).
  • Ad hoc or additional services we mutually agree to in writing (via service agreement, email, online approval, or signed proposal).
  • Reimbursement for products or services we purchased on your behalf and with your written agreement.

Key Points

  • Authorization remains in effect, including if the payment method is updated, until you revoke it by providing written notice to su*****@************************ns.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
  • No reimbursement or chargebacks for used services. Please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.

By signing/agreeing, you confirm that you're the cardholder and that all charges comply with our agreements. This protects both parties and ensures smooth billing.
