As part of the Reputation Builder program, we put a page on your website that shows your reviews. Normally, this page is called 'Customer Reviews' and is set up at the URL xxyourwebsite.com/reviews. If you
do not want reviews shown on your website, let us know that in the space below. To set this up, we will need access to the backend of your website. Please provide the login details below, including the login URL, username, and password. If you have any special instructions, specify them below (e.g., a different name or location for the customer review page, anything "strange" about your website that we should be aware of). Do you want a small popup placed on your site showing the latest positive reviews? *
This small indicator of "social proof" will appear at the bottom left of your site and rotate through the last 5 reviews you've received. It will appear only on desktop and tablet views (not when someone visits your site on a mobile device). It can be added at any time so if you're not sure, simply select 'Undecided' below and we can discuss it later.

Note: While we can monitor reviews on Yelp, their terms of service do not allow you to solicit reviews or allow us to show those reviews on any other website (including yours). For that reason, we do not recommend you include Yelp in your 10 choices.

Sending Review Requests REQUEST MODE: Which option do you want to go with? *
If you have fewer than 20 reviews on 3rd-party sites (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp, Home Advisor, BBB), we recommend starting with Ultimate Mode to generate some 1st-party reviews to show on your website. If you have a lot of reviews, Review Mode is a good choice. Only choose Direct Mode if you're confident that there won't be many negative reviews. Keep in mind that we can always change this later.
Whose name should be on the request? *
Again, make sure this is someone that people will recognize. If you want, you can have more than one person's name on the email.
Is it OK to show your business address and phone number on the request emails? * Do you want to be able to send review requests by text/SMS? *
This can be a good option for customers who don't use email or when you don't have their email address. It's a good idea to warn them in advance that they'll be getting a text!
After a request has been sent, how long do you want to wait before a new one is sent? *
For example, if you invoice separately for each treatment in a series of 3 applications, do you want to send a review request each time? Or would it be better to request a review after the first application only? The options below describe how long of a gap there'll be between requests. (this doesn't apply to reminder emails, just to new requests)
