Reputation Builder – Getting Started

Please complete all of the fields in the form below to get started with your Reputation Builder Plan. If there's anything you're unsure about, feel free to email us with your questions at info@treecaremarketingsolutions.com. Accounts will typically be ready within 3 business days after receiving this completed form. At that point, we'll set up a training session to show you around the system and get you started!
  • As part of the Reputation Builder program, we put a page on your website that shows your reviews. Normally, this page is called 'Customer Reviews' and is set up at the URL xxyourwebsite.com/reviews. If you do not want reviews shown on your website, let us know that in the space below.

    To set this up, we will need access to the backend of your website. Please provide the login details below, including the login URL, username, and password. If you have any special instructions, specify them below (e.g., a different name or location for the customer review page, anything "strange" about your website that we should be aware of).
  • This small indicator of "social proof" will appear at the bottom left of your site and rotate through the last 5 reviews you've received. It will appear only on desktop and tablet views (not when someone visits your site on a mobile device). It can be added at any time so if you're not sure, simply select 'Undecided' below and we can discuss it later.
  • Online Review Sites

  • Note: While we can monitor reviews on Yelp, their terms of service do not allow you to solicit reviews or allow us to show those reviews on any other website (including yours). For that reason, we do not recommend you include Yelp in your 10 choices.
  • Please choose only 2 or 3 sites. Too many choices leads to fewer reviews.

    You'll get email notifications for all of the options you choose below.

  • Sending Review Requests

  • If you have fewer than 20 reviews on 3rd-party sites (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp, Home Advisor, BBB), we recommend starting with Ultimate Mode to generate some 1st-party reviews to show on your website. If you have a lot of reviews, Review Mode is a good choice. Only choose Direct Mode if you're confident that there won't be many negative reviews. Keep in mind that we can always change this later.
  • Make sure this is something that recipients will recognize.
  • Again, make sure this is someone that people will recognize. If you want, you can have more than one person's name on the email.
  • This can be a good option for customers who don't use email or when you don't have their email address. It's a good idea to warn them in advance that they'll be getting a text!
  • For example, if you invoice separately for each treatment in a series of 3 applications, do you want to send a review request each time? Or would it be better to request a review after the first application only? The options below describe how long of a gap there'll be between requests. (this doesn't apply to reminder emails, just to new requests)

    These reminders are sent out automatically by Reputation Builder.
  • We recommend 2 days.
  • If the first reminder doesn't elicit a response, we can send a second reminder email. Usually, this is sent 3 to 4 days after the first one. If you prefer NOT to send a 2nd reminder, please put "none" in the field below.
  • When someone responds to the initial request by leaving positive feedback, they're immediately asked to share that feedback on a 3rd-party review site (e.g., Google, Facebook). If they don't do that, we will send a reminder email. We recommend sending the reminder after 1 day.
  • If the first reminder doesn't elicit a response, we can send a second reminder email. If you prefer NOT to send a 2nd reminder, please put "none" in the field below.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
